  Based in my West Cork Studio, I am inspired by beautiful natural Irish landscape and abstract paintings. This is reflected in my home and fashion collections, rich mixture of colours and materials.

  I am using only the highest quality materials, such as Australian merino wool, silk and other natural fibres.

  Bartus Studio

  Various utilitarian objects as well as sculptures are created in my ceramic studio. I am inspired by nature, which has an immeasurable number of colours and shapes. The whole creative process from modelling, drying to firing at high temperatures excites me. Every time I open the kiln, I feel a thrill of excitement because we cannot 100% control what happens inside the kiln. Sometimes surprising things happen that are a surprise or a disappointment.

  Glazes and clay products are safe and suitable for contact with food. Homeware products you can wash in your dishwasher.
